Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Wickary (the "Service"), a web application for journaling and analysing futures and forex trades, operated by [Your legal name / company] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Not financial advice

Wickary is a record-keeping and analytics tool, not a financial, investment, tax, or trading advisory service. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Trading futures and forex carries substantial risk of loss. Any metrics, charts, or insights are derived from data you enter and are for your own review only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. One person or entity per account unless agreed otherwise.

3. Plans, billing & refunds

Wickary offers a free plan and a paid "Pro" subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your billing page and keep access through the paid period. Refunds are handled per [your refund policy] and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

break the law or infringe others' rights using the Service;
upload malware, or content you don't have the right to upload;
probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass access controls or limits;
resell or share access in violation of your plan;
upload anything other than your own trade-related screenshots/notes.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the trades, notes, and screenshots you put into Wickary ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You can export or delete Your Content, and deleting your account removes it (subject to routine backups and legal retention).

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may add, change, or remove features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app, and continued use means you accept them.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
